Guarantee

If MSC have not prepared and installed the shed base, MSC can only guarantee the shed against defects in the materials from which the shed is built. The installation and build of the shed is not guaranteed as the base is an integral part of guaranteeing a safe and secure build of your shed.

If your shed does move and require re installation due to movement and the base was not installed by MSC, MSC can help sort the problem and rebuild your shed, but this will be a charged service.

Delivery & Installation

The customer is responsible for ensuring there is sufficient clear space and access for the shed to be delivered to the delivery address.

The shed base must be solid and completely level. MSC will check the base suitability prior to installation and advise accordingly. If the base is unsuitable a surcharge will apply and will be required before installation begins.

Treatment

Your shed has received a base coat of quality Timber preservative. We recommend that you treat your shed as soon as possible to ensure full protection and treat your shed regularly to ensure a long life. Due the nature of timber during prolonged spells of rain the timber may allow some moisture ingress. This can be remedied by coating your shed with an oil, silicon or PVA based treatment.
